Retail electric providers receive varying satisfaction ratings by customers which is to be expected. Some of the star ratings seem to be related to misunderstanding, some are hard to determine, and others are clearly great reviews because they like the price they locked into in their energy contract.
If you sign up with Bounce at a much lower rate than you had been paying for 3 years your likely going to be happy provided nothing changes during the course of the contract.

This customer complained about the high electricity prices their current retail electric provider, Reliant, was offering their old customers.
The customer noticed their loyalty was not being rewarded as lower price contracts were being offered to new Reliant customers but not to their existing customer base.
The provider was turning away from a loyal customer is the way this Reliant Energy customer took it and decided to shop on price.
They saw that Bounce Energy was offering a 10 cent per kWh rate for 3 years and chose to go with a not as well known brand for the better price.
Bounce Energy has been around awhile now and has proven to be a good electric company with the ability to compete on price.
Because the customer chose a fixed contract they had the stability of paying the same rate for 3 years.
For most of us a fixed energy contract will be the way to go. You will be satisfied with the price and will not get hit with a higher price at some future date.
With any fixed contract you must write down when the contract ends on your calendar and set it to notify you. Most likely the electric company will notify you as well to renew your contract.
So 5 stars was given to Bounce Energy for being at the right place at the right time by offering a much lower price for electric service in comparison to their previously trusted brand, Reliant.
