Now that the utilities market in Pennsylvania is deregulated it can be difficult to choose between all of the different utility companies that offer electricity in your area.
As soon as the market was deregulated the number of utility services providers began to grow and now there are numerous companies to choose from.
Met-Ed is part of a name that you can trust and they offer lower electricity rates in Pennsylvania’s metropolitan areas.
With sister companies all over the United States many individuals have discovered the benefits of switching to such a trusted name in power.
There is no reason to continue to pay your local utility company exorbitant rates when you can choose to pay less and all it takes is a simple phone call.
You will still be delivered your electricity by the same company you always have but the company that you purchase the power from is where the change comes in.
And the reason that they can charge you so much less is because they seek out the lowest cost energy on the market and then purchase it for consumers like you.
Compare the rates of companies like Met-Ed by calling them directly, use the comparison tool that Electric Rates offers you, or call Electric Rates and let them help you make the switch from the utility provider that charges you too much to the one you choose that charges you less.
Electric Rates consultants can be reached at 1-903-245-4989 and a phone call to them may just be the phone call that puts more money in your pocket.
My husband Jeffrey & myself will purchasing a home on 14 Carrolls Tract Rd, Fairfield, Pa and were given the phone number of 800-545-7741 as the Electric company, when calling that number it tells me its Potomac Edison, so is it Potomac Edison or Met ED?
Met Ed is most likely your poles and wires company. Potomac Edison is the electric company. I know that sounds confusing. Met Ed is who you call when a fallen tree cuts your power. Met Ed is the only poles and wires company but you can choose your electric company. Right now we only offer rates from TriEagle for zip code 17320 this does not mean there are not other electric companies you can choose from.
TriEagle’s rates are competitive right now but if you don’t want to sign up with its’ rate or if you have more questions I would visit papowerswitch.com.
